Refund policy

At Bumblez, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. This policy explains your rights to return goods, request refunds or exchanges, and how we handle these requests.
1. Return Period
You have 30 calendar days from the date you receive your order to request a return.
If your goods are being shipped to a country within the European Union, you are additionally entitled to a 14-day cooling-off period under the Consumer Contracts Regulations, during which you may cancel your order for any reason and receive a full refund.
2. Conditions for Returns
To be eligible for a return, items must be:
- In the same condition you received them,
- Unworn/unused, with original tags still attached, and
- In the original packaging.
Proof of purchase (such as your order confirmation or receipt) is required.
3. How to Request a Return

Items returned without prior authorisation will not be accepted.
4. Return Shipping
If your return is approved, we will provide you with a pre-paid return shipping label and clear instructions on how and where to send your package.
Return shipping is free of charge for customers.
5. Exchanges
If you wish to exchange an item, the quickest method is to return the item as above and place a new order for the replacement. Once the return is approved, your refund will be processed as set out in section 7.
6. Exceptions to Returns
The following items cannot be returned:
- Perishable goods (e.g. food, flowers, plants),
- Customised or personalised products,
- Personal care or hygiene products (e.g. cosmetics),
- Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases,
- Sale items, clearance products, or gift cards.
If you have a query about whether your item is eligible, please contact us before making a return request.
7. Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you whether the refund has been approved.
If approved:
- Refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days.
- Please note that your bank or card provider may take additional time to credit the funds to your account.

8. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
Please inspect your order upon delivery. If an item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, contact us immediately at simon.bowler@bumblez.uk so we can evaluate the issue and arrange a replacement, repair, or refund at no cost to you.
9. Your Statutory Rights
Nothing in this policy affects your statutory rights under UK consumer law, including your right to goods that are:
- Of satisfactory quality,
- Fit for purpose, and
- As described.
