1. Order Processing

  • All orders are processed within 1–2 business days of being placed.
  • Orders placed after 2:00 PM (GMT) or on weekends/public holidays will be processed the following business day.

2. Delivery Timeframes

  • Once dispatched, delivery typically takes 7–12 business days.
  • Delivery times may vary depending on the destination, postal service performance, customs clearance (for international shipments), or other circumstances beyond our control.

Important: Delivery dates are estimates only. We cannot guarantee exact delivery dates.

3. Delivery Areas

  • We ship to addresses in the United Kingdom and to most international destinations.

4. Customs, Duties & Import Fees (International Orders)

  • International deliveries may be subject to customs duties, taxes, or import fees.
  • These charges are not included in the purchase price or shipping cost and are the responsibility of the customer.
  • Please check with your local customs office for details before placing an order.

5. Lost or Delayed Packages

  • We will investigate with the carrier and provide updates.
  • Please note that delays caused by customs clearance or postal services are outside our control, but we will assist wherever possible.

6. Damaged or Incorrect Deliveries

If your order arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 7 calendar days of delivery. Include the following:

  • Your order number, and
  • Clear photographs of the damaged/incorrect item(s) and packaging.

7. Returns & Exchanges

  • We accept returns of unused and unopened items within 30 days of delivery, provided items are in their original condition and packaging.
  • Once we receive and inspect the return, we will process your refund or exchange.
